Observation

A fire safety inspection needs to be completed or the provider must inspect for fire safety using the state fire marshal form. The furnace is located in the bathroom and it will be accessible to the children if the door to the bathroom is used as an emergency exit. There is no smoke detector in the room where the infants will sleep. There is no back up method to sound an alarm located in the licensed space.
